  • Meal Sponsor – signage and branding opportunities – $5,000 (lunch x 2; breakfast x2)
  • Break Sponsor – signage – $2,500 (2 Opportunities – Friday or Saturday)
  • Hydration Station – signage at unique beverage option changing daily inside general session – $3,500 (2 Opportunities – Friday or Saturday)

  • Alliance Exposition will email you the exhibitor portal with shipping information, power requests and additional show details.

  • Register your conference attendees using the link in the confirmation email you receive with your sponsorship registration. Each person attending the vendor showcase and participating in the conference will need to be registered. Please note, you need to register your sponsorship selection, then register your conference attendees. There are 2 steps to complete.

  • Book your hotel reservation. This is a busy week between Coachella and Stagecoach Festival. We suggest booking your rooms sooner than later. Visit this link to book your hotel room by Thursday, March 19: CLICK HERE

  • Book your flights to Palm Springs, CA. Again, please book as soon as possible due to the busy festivals being hosted around the conference.
